One On One Fitness Coaching
Our coaches take their careers seriously. These educated, passionate people want to help others do, feel, and be their best. Strength Effect's fitness specialists will explain the ins and outs of your resistance training program. We are happy to answer any questions about your personalized fitness program. Your time is valuable. You will never have to wait for them to set up equipment, and your session will be conducted privately.

Most clients start training twice a week, then graduate to ONCE a week, depending how their body responds to exercise. Once or twice a week is all that is required for our clients to achieve the best results. No other gym time is prescribed or required. Unless they are activities that they enjoy doing, then by all means. We want our clients to be active, as long as they are doing it for enjoyment and not doing it thinking it will get them results faster.
